TheVivid is about everyhting that makes my life a good life, the aspects that create a beautiful, bright, enjoyable, i.e., a vivid life. This is neither a classic fitness, mental health or nutritional account, but I will share memories, travel images, everday life anecdotes, helpful tips or nudges that might also grant you a higher quality of life.
